Our sheep
James
James (Bond) came to live with us in early May 2021.
He was two weeks old at the time and was rejected by his mother.
He received bottle feeding and a lot of love from us. He also had a great time right away with his sister Vesper. Together they were soon inseparable. They lived in our house so we could keep a close eye on them and this was convenient with the regularity when they needed feeding. We had him neutered as soon as we could because we did not want him to get Vesper pregnant.

James grew into a tough, sweet boy.

In January 2023, James moved with us to Portugal.
Zora
Zora came to live with us in late May 2022. She was only two weeks old. Her mother had died suddenly. Zora and her sister Vida became a bottle lamb because of this.
Since we were looking for companionship for James after Vesper died, we went to the farmer where James and Vesper came from a year earlier.
Zora and Vida also lived in the house with us for a while. Because they were much stronger when they came to live with us than James and Vesper were at the time, they quickly broke the place down with their energy.

Zora is the sister who is reserved. Vida takes the lead and Zora certainly won't let her go out alone. Zora is most like Vesper with her calmness and gentleness.

In January 2023, Zora moved with us to Portugal.

Vida
Vida came to live with us at the end of May 2022 (see in Zora's piece). Vida was a lot smaller than her sister Zora.
So we see Vida as the “little sister” of Zora.
Vida and Zora dominated our household, they jumped on the couch, the coffee table and danced and jumped over the dogs. So after two weeks, much to the relief of the dogs and cats, they went to live in the barn.
Vida is the sister who is naughty. Vida takes the lead and takes Zora with her when she starts playing pranks. Other than that, Vida is also a sweetheart.
